Ernst & Young invites to participate in the supplementary report "Changes in remuneration as of February 2010", which is a part of Ernst & Young Compensation and Benefits Survey 2009/2010 in Kazakhstan.
Brief description The report will include: – changes in compensation policy, fringe benefits, HR budgets and headcount as of February 2010; – monthly fixed pay levels as of February 2010 and variable pay levels for performance in 2009 for particular job positions. Timeline – by 15 February - data collection – March - issue of final report
Confidentiality Ernst & Young guarantees full confidentiality in respect of all the information received from participating companies. No organization other than Ernst & Young will have access to the original (source) data for the supplementary survey. Only aggregated results will be presented with no possibility to identify the source data of any participating organization.
Survey fee 1. "Changes in compensation policies and practices" report will be provided to: – participants of the survey - free of charge; – non-participants of the survey at KZT 50,000 (exclusive of VAT).
2. "Salary data for certain job positions" report will be provided to: – participants of the survey - free of charge; – non-participants of the survey at KZT 150,000 (exclusive of VAT).
