KPMG Project: 7 Sins of Project Management KZ

Changes in the external environment are taking place rapidly, requiring constant adaptation from business. To be flexible and remain competitive, business should not only develop the right strategy but should also implement this strategy effectively.  One of the cornerstones of an effective business strategy is a systems-based approach to project management. Effective project management should be dynamic and ongoing.  However, many organisations still lack a systems-based approach to project management, and those organisations that have already implemented a project management process face many challenges.
